About this event
Ash Creek RC hosts a three-day heli fun-fly June 5–7, 2026 at the Ash Creek airfield in Anderson, California — open flying all weekend on a paved runway and dedicated helicopter pad, with the Cascade peaks on the horizon. Hosted by the Northern California Radio Control Unlimited Flyers. Pilot registration is $40, and spectators are always free. RV and dry camping is available right at the field — there are no hookups or power, so come self-contained and settle in for the weekend. Food and drinks are available to purchase on-site: • Fri & Sat lunch — hamburger, chips, drink • Fri dinner — street tacos, chips & salsa, drink • Sat dinner — BBQ tri-tip, salad, drink A current AMA membership is required to fly — bring your card.
