For guests

Buying meal tickets for a pilot's event.

You don't fly, but a family member or friend does and you want to come to the Saturday banquet. Guest meal tickets attach to a pilot's registration so the kitchen knows the head count.

How meal tickets work

Every pilot gets a unique confirmation code when they register (looks like HB26-SCOTT-001 or a random short string). They get it in their registration email and can find it on their My registrations page. You use that code to attach meals to their roster row.

Online checkout is coming soon
Right now the meal-tickets page (the Mealstab on an event that's serving food) lets you see what's being served and the prices, but online purchase is gated behind the Stripe integration. Until that ships, coordinate with the pilot to pay the organizer directly at the gate — the organizer adds your meals to the pilot's row at check-in.

Looking up an event

  1. 1
Ask your pilot for the event name or hand them this site — /events.
  2. 2
Click into the event. Tap the Mealstab (when available) to see what the kitchen's serving and pricing.
  3. 3
Have the pilot's confirmation code ready when you check out (or hand cash to the organizer at the event).

Do I need an account?

No. Guest meal-ticket checkout is intentionally accountless — coming to support a pilot for one weekend shouldn't require signing up for a hobby platform you have no other use for. Lookup by confirmation code is all you need.

Tip: install the app
Coming to the event? Add RCHeliEvents to your phone's home screen (iPhone: Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen; Android: Chrome → Install app) for quick access to the event page, schedule, and meals — it works even with spotty signal at the field.
